Home built in 2021, gated community, large pond and nature preserve behind house guarantee beautiful views all year long. Neighborhood is filled with other military members as well as the surrounding neighborhoods. A/C unit just got replaced in June of 2024. Loft on second floor is permitted by builder and city to be turned into 4th bedroom if tenant needs another room, we can negotiate. The tenants are welcome to paint the rooms. Fencing is allowed with HOA to be built we just never had a reason and did not like how it obstructed the view. The only gator we had has either been removed or it died because we have not seen it several months. there are no snakes in the area worst pests are the ants. 30 minutes from Busch Gardens amusement park, 45 minutes from Clearwater beach. With in a 2 mile radius there are 12 gas stations, Lowes, Taco Bell, Chicfila, Starbucks, Publix, Walmart, AMC theatre, access to highway 41, 301, and I75. Drive time to base depends on traffic; if your working day shift schedule make sure to leave the house before 7am.
